Martin Winslow
President

Martin is a co-founder of BCA, and he is Pastor of Families/Children and Missions at Canaan Baptist Church in St. Louis, MO. He and Amy were married in 1998 and have 5 children.

Kurt Wiehe

Kurt is a co-founder of BCA. In the past he served on staff for Cru for 10 years, and is now the owner/operator WE Tumble in West Plains, MO. Kurt and Melissa were married in 1991 and have 5 children.

Adrian Palmer

Adrian joined the BCA board in 2023. He holds degrees in Math and Physics from Southwest Baptist University and is self-employed, running an online woodworking business. Adrian and Kemper were married in 2019 and are expecting their first child.

Austin Meador

Austin joined the board in 2020. He currently works for Bayer Crop Science in St. Louis, MO. He and Jennifer were married in 2004 and have 3 children.

Daniel Carr

Daniel is the senior pastor at Canaan Baptist Church and an adjunct professor of Old and New Testaments at Missouri Baptist University. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering. He’s also a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with an MDiv from the Billy Graham School of Evangelism and Missions. He is married to Tara, and they have 7 children.

Brad Delaughter

Brad serves as Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church De Soto, MO. Brad is married to his bride, Kristin, and together they have 4 crazy kids (Jackson, Michaela, Jase, and Jacob). In addition to serving as Lead Pastor, Brad also serves as a hospital chaplain, is the Director for National Sustainability and Missouri Team Lead for Prison Seminaries Foundation and is an adjunct professor for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Brad has served as a prison chaplain, church planter, and church revitalizer. Brad has a Master of Arts in Christian Education, as well as a Master of Theology, and a Ph.D. all from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. In his spare time Brad enjoys time in the gym, hiking with his family, and cooking Cajun meals.

Shane Cobban
Bookkeeper

Shane handles the accounting for BCA. Shane and his wife were on staff with Cru for 19 years before he went to work overseeing the accounting department for Real Wood Floors in West Plains, MO, in 2008. He and his wife have been married for 23 years and have 4 children.

Victor Chibangula
Executive Chairman

Victor Chibangula is a co-founder of BCA and Executive Chairman of the Zambia team. He is also the General Overseer of Ulubuto (“Light”) Baptist Mission International, the church planting ministry he founded, and he is the Founding Pastor of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in Ndola which he planted in 2007. So far, Victor has planted 25 churches in Zambia. He and Grace were married in 1997 and have three daughters.

Grace Chibangula
Director of Schools and Administration

Grace is married to Pastor Victor and they have 3 daughters. In addition to being a homemaker, in her role as Director of Schools and Administration, she is responsible for the the operations of the BCA Zambia schools.

Chipo Tendai Chalimba
Director of Communications

Chipo serves as the Director of Communications for BCA Zambia. He is a worship leader in his church and loves singing. His love for music is seen whenever he sings with the children at BCA.
